Ages 7-10
Our Juniors classes aim to empower children by enhancing their body awareness, confidence, self-esteem, and motivation.
Our multi-disciplined martial arts curriculum provides a continuous source of physical and mental fitness that is fun, functional, and challenging! Juniors class size is currently limited to 10 students SeniorsAges 11-14
The Youth Seniors class is where the older kids start to really get a taste of high level of training.
Our Seniors program is a complete martial movement education. Students learn grappling skills, practical, age appropriate self defense, kickboxing technique, and weaponry for control and coordination. More personal responsibility and focus become imperative, but we still have fun! |
