TWO EARLY MORNING WOMEN’S FIT & FIERCE CLASSES
FINDING YOUR FIERCE – Entry Level Class
If you are new to being Fit or Fierce, we want you to be excited but not overwhelmed. We are thrilled to be a part of your new adventure; this class will provide the guidance and support that prepares you for future classes! Be Confident, Get Fierce! Dates: 4/17/18 – 5/11/18 Days: Tu – Th – F Time: 5:30am to 6:30am Cost: $198 Registration: CLOSED Good to Know: *We do not prorate this package or sell individual classes. **We must have a min of 5 students per class. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled and refunded accordingly. ***Fit & Fierce is not part of Seattle Integrated Martial Arts' tuition/membership program. Trial Memberships do not include Fit & Fierce. |
GOT MY FIERCE ON – Intermediate Level Class This class is for Fit & Fierce returning students and those seeking high intensity workouts. Complex exercises, drills, and cardio routines.
