Kali (FIlipino Martial Arts)

Kali is not just sticks. 

There are 12 areas of Kali weaponry as well as empty hand skills in striking, kicking, takedowns, street level tactics...it's a vast a complete martial art.

Kali really translates to "Hand Motion" or "Body Motion".
​"Kamut" - hand, "Lihot" - motion.

Every drill is designed to enhance both physical performance and mental sharpness:


⇨ Kali Double Stick Drills build dexterity, improves coordination, activates neuroplasticity .
⇨ Empty Hand Techniques develop tactile response & sensitivity.
⇨ Kickboxing Exercise boosts your endurance, cardio, and knockout power.

Our Kali comes from Dan Insoanto and our training methods also draw from systems such as Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Savate, Boxing... you’ll become stronger, faster, sharper, and more versatile.

Kali Classes are Tuesday & Thursday, 6:15-7:30PM

Muay Thai/Boxing: Combos & Conditioning

These classes are very workout focused, but with real technique development. Great for beginner as you will be able to work at your pace when starting out and learn the skills while getting a phenomenal workout! Tues/Thurs - 7:30-8:15PM

Muay Thai/Boxing: Technique & Sparring

Dive deeper into the skills, strategies, and tactics used in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing sparring. Our sparring is created to allow the student to progress and gain skill. Tues/Thurs - 8:15-8:45PM

Impact 45 is a 45-minute kickboxing-based training system designed to hit your whole body...fast, hard, and with real results. Full body bag work, cardio and core strength, balance, mobility and more! All Levels welcome!

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Physical chess is how many people describe BJJ. Our Jiu-jitsu is primarily ground fighting based, highly technical and a lot of fun! Classes are Sundays at 9:30AM for all levels.
