The advantage to private one-on-one or small group training is that we can create a streamlined approach and accelerate reaching the student's goals. Adapting the art to the student, rather than the student to the art, is a principle in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do concepts. Some students want more kinetic development, some want more self-defense or combative skills, some want to just learn Kali, Kickboxing, BJJ, or a combination of things!
