Juniors

Ages 7-10
Our Juniors classes aim to empower children by enhancing their body awareness, confidence, self-esteem, and motivation. Our multi-disciplined martial arts curriculum provides a continuous source of physical and mental fitness that is fun, functional, and challenging!

Juniors class size is currently limited to 10 students

Seniors

Ages 11-14
The Youth Seniors class is where the older kids start to really get a taste of high level of training. More personal responsibility and focus become imperative, but we still have fun!

Seniors class size is currently limited to 12 students.

Did you Know?

Our youth students are trained in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do!  Technically, the curriculum is called Jun Fan Gung Fu which is the foundational martial art to what Sijo Bruce later termed Jeet Kune Do or "Way of Intercepting Fist".
Along with Jun Fan/JKD our students are taught Filipino Kali, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Cross-training in multiple disciplines is a core concept of Jeet Kune Do. It not only creates well-rounded martial artists but also fosters a mindset of continuous evolution and adaptation in body, mind, and spirit!

Sticks,
Gloves, Belts
& Gis

Respect, honor and a sense of tradition...
Oh yes, our Juniors and Seniors use escrima sticks and training gloves in class! The stick work comes from the Kali (Filipino Martial Arts) curriculum which are used mostly as "tools" to develop coordination, control, perceptual speed, awareness, and more.

Students are responsible for caring for their sticks, gloves and uniform by keeping them clean and using them with respect in and out of class.
