"I've never liked exercising before. Tried the gym, tried jogging, had a treadmill and elliptical in the house that gathered dust. So I'm still surprised at how much I love kickboxing! Looking forward to exercise has never once happened to me before. So far I've lost 20 pounds and have tone and muscle, and people have been remarking on how good I'm looking now.I go twice a week before work and have so much energy for the whole day, and if I go after work it is a great stress reliever.
