  • 7:30-8:15PM: Muay Thai/Boxing: Combos & Conditioning

  • 8:15-8:45PM: Muay Thai/Boxing: Technique & Timing 

Wednesdays

  • 6:00AM-6:45AM: Impact 45 (kickboxing, strength, conditioning)

  • 7:00AM-7:45AM: Impact 45 (kickboxing, strength, conditioning) 

Thursdays

  • 10:30AM-12:00PM: Kali (weaponry, empty hand, kickboxing)

  • 6:15-7:30PM: Kali (weaponry, empty hand, kickboxing)

  • 7:30-8:15PM: Muay Thai/Boxing - Combos & Conditioning

  • 8:15-8:45PM: Muay Thai/Boxing - Technique & Timing 

Fridays

  • 6:00AM-6:45AM: Impact 45 (kickboxing, strength, conditioning)

  • 7:00AM-7:45AM: Impact 45 (kickboxing, strength, conditioning) 

  • 5:30-6:30PM: Open Gym

Saturdays

  • 9:30-10:30am -Advanced Kali (requires level testing)

  • 10:30am-12:00pm - Kali (weaponry, empty hand, kickboxing)

Sundays

  • 9:30-10:30am - Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
