  • Yes, all classes with exception to Kali level 2 on Saturday mornings are open to beginners. We rotate partners throughout the classes so students can work with different levels and at their current level. Our students are very good at working with new students.

  • Sign up for the SIMA Experience which is a free appointment to come in and observe our classes and see if SIMA is a good fit.

  • No, we give you sticks and gloves, we have all the pads you’ll need for general classes.

  • Our Muay Thai classes integrate technical sparring into the last 30 min technique class. Students have to train for a while and get permission from instructor. Also, mouth guards, sparring gloves and shin guards are required.
